For some of us, this can cause immediate and long-term problems, such as feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, low moods, loneliness, fears and phobias, negative thinking patterns, low self-esteem, and all sorts of other ways to compensate for the hurt and pain inside.

I base my work on wanting to allow you to be you, raising your self-awareness, rediscovering who you are with your unique experiences and beliefs. I want to work with you to connect and explore what makes you so unique and infinitely valuable as a person.

Through this, we will pursue to implement and bring about the changes that you want to see in your life.

What is counselling?


Relating to others is fundamentally important to our wellbeing. We have a desire to know and to be known. We want to connect and feel part of something bigger than us. We also want to know that there is hope and that change really is possible.


However, our desires get set back because of life events or unhealthy relationships.
